These are really helpful tips! I love the one about not forcing yourself to do something you aren’t comfortable with. This is something I’ve always been passionate about as it’s important to think of yourself first and not just say yes to something because of peer pressure!
One of the best bits of advice that my mum has ever given me is that ‘some people live to work, and others work to live’
My brother is a teacher and I always feel like a failure in comparison to him as I just work a basic admin job. But this advice reminds me that my brother lives to work, his job is everything to him. Whereas I work to get money to pay the bills and do things that I enjoy.

Thank you so much for your comment 😊 Yeah I used to forget to put myself first ever and it hurt a lot at times. That’s so true and I resonate with that so much as I’m unemployed currently and I know loads of people in great jobs

Great tips! I especially like the one where it’s okay to grow apart from people- I don’t think that’s talked about enough. It may hurt but usually it’s for the best.
